The Food Truck staff is responsible for assisting with food truck production, cooking, loading, stocking, order taking and payments. A valid food handlers license is required where applicable. The ideal candidate must possess basic culinary and cash handling skills and excellent customer services skills. This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds.
