ALABAMA-COUSHATTA TRIBE OF TEXAS TRIBAL ECONO is Hiring a PBX Operator Near Livingston, TX
Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the PBX Operator is responsible for promptly answering calls to Naskila Casino’s main line and providing callers with the appropriate information, while providing excellent guest service in accordance with our brand promise. This position is also responsible for directing calls to the appropriate person or department, logging all incoming calls, taking and relaying messages, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of all casino information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three (3) – six (6) months experience as a receptionist or in a guest service role.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of requirements.
PREFERRED:
- One (1) year of experience answering multi-line phone system.
