Food & Beverage Expeditor
Under the direction of the Sous Chef, the Expeditor is responsible for efficient flow and coordination of food orders from Timbers Grill kitchen to servers while ensuring orders are being prepared in a timely manner, with the correct requested temperatures, cooking methods, starch, vegetables and designated garnishes.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED required or a combination of education, experience, or training.
PREFERRED:
Minimum 1 year as short order line cook or experience in casual or Steak House restaurants with high business volume.
Proven experience as food expeditor.
Flexible to work weekends and holidays, plus Friday & Saturday nights from 5:00pm - 1:00am.
