Strong experience in identifying and implementing proper software design patterns based on the solution. Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance. Writing well designed, testable, efficient code. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Experience in Application Management would be an added advantage. Knowledge on production support and production incident trouble shooting skills. Deployment and configuration management skill also will add advantage. Should be flexible to work in staged shifts. Good written and verbal communication skills.
