Job PurposeThis ASC and ICO Metal Cluster project manager role is expected to lead and implement the key manufacturing projects and meet the set targets. Job Responsibilities
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
Manage project change requests and ensure appropriate approval
Develop and maintain project documentation
Facilitate project meetings and report project progress to stakeholders
Integrate lean methodology/ concept in the project design & processes
Ensure compliance to AN HSE&S policies, objectives, standards, directives & guidelines
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Finance, HR teams, Commercial, R&D and other stakeholders
Job Requirements
University Education – Chemical / Paint Engineering or other technical degree – a must
10 yrs of hands on, post qualification - Paints & Coatings - Manufacturing & Projects experience
Good interpersonal relationships
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
