Job PurposeThis ASC and ICO Metal Cluster project manager role is expected to lead and implement the key manufacturing projects and meet the set targets.
Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Manage project change requests and ensure appropriate approval
• Develop and maintain project documentation
• Facilitate project meetings and report project progress to stakeholders
• Integrate lean methodology/ concept in the project design & processes
• Ensure compliance to AN HSE&S policies, objectives, standards, directives & guidelines
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Finance, HR teams, Commercial, R&D and other stakeholders

Job Requirements

• University Education – Chemical / Paint Engineering or other technical degree – a must
• 10 yrs of hands on, post qualification - Paints & Coatings - Manufacturing & Projects experience
• Good interpersonal relationships
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
