AKS Group/NR Hospitality is a real estate development company with land holdings in DE, NJ. We are looking for an assistant who can perform following duties
- Telephone social media duties
- Ordering supplies
- Preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports
- Coordinating and preparing successful open house events
- Preparing, delivering, and picking up real estate documents
- Creating, designing, and distributing real estate brochures
- Handling advertising of the property online and through newspapers
- Taking photos of property before and after repairs and to be used in the marketing process
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
