Responsibilities:
Perform general laboratory and cleanroom maintenance ensuring optimum conditions in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and requirements from regulatory agencies.
Weekly Chemical Cleaning with disinfectant materials (one chemical will require the use of a mask w/ filters) and full‑body gowning to include hairnet, face mask, and gloves. This function may take place several times a week, or more often if necessary. The entirety of this cleaning is a minimum of 2 hours.
Quarterly Cleaning of Cleanroom walls and floors with General Cleaner (may take up to 2 hours)
Maintain a safe work environment; work in a safe manner following all safety SOP’s and wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
Ensure manufacturing and laboratory personnel are supported to meet business needs, including cleaning lab glassware, performing preventive maintenance, performing equipment qualification procedures, coordinating equipment calibration and creating equipment SOP’s.
Ability to safely work in an environment containing biohazards, hazardous chemicals, high and low temperature liquids, high pressure liquids and gases.
Perform Environmental Monitoring tasks of ISO class 7 and 8 cleanrooms, and Biological Safety Cabinets using viable air samplers, contact plates and total air particle counters.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure GMP compliance and organizational requirements.
Ability to trouble-shoot, critical thinking and problem solving, and support overall team efforts.
Perform other related duties as assigned such as support inventory efforts, shipping verifications, assist with packaging of products, prepare sterilization packages)
Requirements:
2 years minimum relevant experience.
High attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills.
Perform formulation, fill and finish for media fills and products, including cryopreservation media, cell culture media, and supplements according to approved SOP’s, batch records and protocols.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize assignments in a multi-task position. 
Motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent verbal communication skills and people/customer service oriented. 
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requires a strong adherence to regulatory compliance and safety requirements.
