Who We Are

Akrivis is a real estate evaluation company based in Menasha, WI. We perform real estate evaluations for residential and commercial properties throughout the United States. Financial institutions pay us to evaluate properties and give an opinion of value based on aspects such as acreage of the property, square footage, age, bedroom/bathroom count, condition, location, etc. while using comparable properties to get an accurate estimation of value.

Where You Come In

To ensure the integrity of our evaluations and to confirm existence of the property we’re evaluating, we need an onsite photo of the property. We rely on contract picture takers to submit these photos on our company-created app. We pay $25 for a single exterior photo of the property, while properties requiring interior observations (six or more pictures of the interior plus one exterior photo) have a payout of $75. It is important to note that jobs will show up sporadically, and this will NOT be a full-time position, nor will you be an employee of Akrivis; however, this is a great way to earn some easy side cash as everything can be done on your own time. There is typically a four-day turnaround time from when we assign a picture to you that you must take it and submit it to us on our app. Think of this as being similar to Uber.

Requirements

Real estate and picture-taking experience are not required for this position. However, in order to be considered, you must have the following:

· Be at least 18 years of age

· Valid driver’s license

· Registered and insured vehicle

· Clean driving record

· Smartphone that can take pictures

· Live in the proximity of the target city of this job posting
