Position Overview:

MUST HAVE BOOK OF BUSINESS***

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Escrow Officer to join their team in Arizona. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the escrow process, from opening to closing, ensuring that transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Escrow Management: Oversee the entire escrow process, including opening new escrow accounts, processing escrow instructions, and managing the disbursement of funds.
  • Title Examination: Review title reports and other relevant documents to identify any potential issues or discrepancies that may affect the transaction.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare all necessary documents, including escrow agreements, deeds, and closing statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and other third parties to facilitate the timely and smooth completion of transactions.
  • Closing: Conduct real estate closings, ensuring that all documents are properly executed, funds are disbursed appropriately, and all closing conditions are met.
  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all escrow transactions, including financial transactions, correspondence, and other relevant documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Escrow Officer
  • Thorough understanding of real estate transactions, title insurance, and escrow principles
  • Relationships and network to produce a minimum of 15K monthly book of business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Proven ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions
  • Proficiency with escrow software, MS Office, and other relevant computer applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
