JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and guide visual design efforts across digital products, ensuring consistency, delight, and inspiration.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders through superb communication and storytelling skills, defending design decisions both verbally and visually.
• Actively contribute to the design and growth of the Intuitive UX Design System, employing typography, color, iconography, and motion to create world-class interfaces.
• Enhance our product designs by incorporating clinical knowledge and context, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders for feedback and consensus.
• Deliver compelling, creative UX design deliverables and detailed specifications, prioritizing work in line with project timelines and cross-functional team needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong program management skill set with a proven ability to see cross-functional impacts from inception to implementation.
• Experience operating independently with complex and integrated project plans.
• Good standing PMP certification or demonstrable equivalent experience.
