JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead the planning, organization, and execution of regional and national trade shows and conferences.

Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth execution and high participation in events.

Anticipate project needs, prioritize workloads, and adhere to deadlines without compromising on creativity and quality.

Provide exceptional communication and build strong, positive relationships with Trimble staff, vendors, and the Trimble community at large.

Strategize to create opportunities for sales engagement with customers, fostering new business and strengthening partnerships through events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Proven experience in event management and planning.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
