Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plant Controller to join our team. The Plant Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the plant, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. #GRP2

Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Plant Controller or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Prior experience in public accounting is a plus
- Excellent account analysis and reconciliation skills
- Proficient in general ledger accounting

Pay: $106,803.78 - $128,623.91 per year
