Qualifications/Requirements:

• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Ability to recognize and prevent both internal and external theft
• Reliable with a "no-nonsense" attitude; intimidating
• Professional demeanor
• Comfortable and assertive with confrontation and judge of character
• Keep a clean and organized workspace
• Fast acting and moving
• Able to juggle various workloads (this position will require some general store maintenance as well as other tasks as needed)
• Keen eye; monitor and survey the store at all times
• Possess integrity and strong work ethics
• Expert in safety management and surveillance
• Able to make quick decisions with little or no direction
• Ability to partner up and communicate with all Store Managers
