Job Requirements and Duties:

• BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
• Proven working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Inventory Control & Management
• Drive Continuous Improvement
• Lean Manufacturing
• Proficiency in the implementation and use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
• Materials Management
• Strong IT/systems background.
• Experience in shipping and receiving
• Supply chain and inventory management systems
• Inventory, cycle counts & production variances
• Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications
• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
• Skilled at negotiation and networking
• Understanding of forecasting and budgeting
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
