RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Collaborate with the manager and electrical team to ensure completion of all preventive maintenance tasks.

· Effectively engage with production department personnel to grasp their concerns regarding manufacturing equipment.

· Be available for after-hours calls to aid shift maintenance in resolving complex issues as necessary.

· Skillfully diagnose multifaceted machine and process issues, spanning equipment, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.

· Possess a comprehensive understanding of critical machine settings setup.

· Analyze process-related issues and execute repairs or adjustments to factory OEM specifications.

· Timely and cost-effectively repair equipment issues.

· Accurately allocate parts to the appropriate work order and cost center.

· Adhere strictly to Swiss Krono's policies and procedures regarding safe work permits, electrical work, and personnel safety.

· Address intricate problems with manufacturing equipment, encompassing servo drives, Siemens, and Allen Bradley PLC’s, while comprehending electrical drawings.

· Regularly communicate any unresolved plant issues, assignment delays, or obstacles to the Engineering Controls Manager and Electrical Team.

· Monitor equipment operations for potential breakdowns or efficiency losses and communicate observations to the direct manager and Electrical Planner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have High School Diploma or GED.

· Must have 3 years of Manufacturing maintenance.

· Preferably have at least one year of experience working with Allen Bradley Control Logix 5000 PLCs.

· Must have at least 3 years of experience in industrial electrical work (motors and controls) is required.

Salary: $23 -$28
