Assistant Marketing Manager

This position will also work with the Director of Marketing to develop marketing strategies and identify new opportunities with a major focus on ecommerce marketing. Individuals in this position will develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the company’s contract manufacturing capabilities, including trade show materials, media campaigns, and management of our online presence.

Responsibilities

· Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns while driving sales growth for both the direct-to-retail and contract manufacturing segments.

· Brand Presence and Digital Initiatives: Ensure digital marketing aligns with brand strategies.

· Content Management: Manage brand content on websites and social media.

· Social Media Influencer Program: Identify influencers, onboard new ones, and analyze results.

· Coordinate trade shows and events, maintain sales materials, Contribute to packaging artwork.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Minimum 5 years of marketing experience

· Familiarity with the consumer products industry, including knowledge of regulations and retail sales.

· Extensive digital marketing expertise, covering website development, management, social media advertising, and influencer marketing.

· Ecommerce proficiency, including creating new listings with imagery, A content, Brand Stores, and promotional efforts such as advertising.

· Demonstrated excellence in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Canva

· Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

· Experience with Google Suite and Outlook.

Salary: $65K-$75K
