What You Will Be Doing- Collaborate for PC & Network Troubleshooting
- Support Incident Resolution & Live Site
- Design & Install Network Infrastructure
- Manage Backup System for Continuity
- Establish & Monitor Network Performance
- Maximize Network Performance & Upgrades
- Enforce Network Security & Access
- Administer Microsoft 365 & Equip Procurement
- Train New Hires on Tech & Policies
- Centralize Tech Requirements in Knowledgebase
- Develop Protocols for Business Growth
- Proactively Address Issues & Enhance Efficiency
- Cultivate Relationships Across Levels & Vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields
- Several years of work experience in technical engineering roles, such as software development, network engineering, technical operations, or similar
- Experience in Technology infrastructure, including Network, Monitoring, Systems, Databases, etc.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
- Proficient in managing remote IT Help Desk teams and building internal knowledgebase for future growth
- Independent and self-starting, capable of troubleshooting technical issues without internal support
- English: C1 – Advanced
- Experience with Windows and Mac Operating systems, Network and VPN systems, M365 admin, and active directory
- Reports to: IT Manager
- Team Language: English
