AJ2Security is seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Manager to supervise a team of Store Detectives for one of our premier clients in the South. We have built a reputation for providing exceptional service to our clients through our highly professional team of detectives. The position will be based in the Charlotte market but must have flexibility to travel the state.
Job Description:
Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for:
· The hiring, training, supervision, scheduling and development of all assigned Loss Prevention Detectives.
· Act as a principle contact for client locations and the ability to work with the client’s leadership team.
· Have a thorough understanding/knowledge of all State licensing requirements as well as other pertinent information.
· Knowledge of the Security Guard industry is a plus.

Experience Requirements:
· A minimum of 2 years verifiable Loss Prevention Manager experience
· A vast understanding of and hands on experience in shoplifting apprehensions.
· Understanding of NC laws and licensing
