*Job Summary:*
A Companion provides companionship and assistance to individuals, often seniors or people with disabilities, to enhance their quality of life and overall well-being. They focus on emotional support, social interaction, and non-medical assistance.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Companionship:* Engage in conversations, play games, or accompany individuals on outings to reduce loneliness and promote mental stimulation.

2. *Emotional Support:* Provide a caring and empathetic presence, offering emotional reassurance and a sense of security.

3. *Light Household Tasks:* Assist with light housekeeping duties such as meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space.

4. *Transportation:* Help with transportation for medical appointments, shopping, or other necessary trips.

5. *Medication Reminders:* Remind clients to take prescribed medications on schedule.

6. *Record Keeping:* Maintain records of activities and observations, reporting any changes in the client's condition to supervisors or family members.

7. *Respect Privacy:* Respect the client's privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding their personal information.
