• Assists residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding).
• Leads residents in educational and recreational activities;
• Cook meals and prepare snacks for residents (depending on the shift);
• Assist residents with housekeeping activities (personal care, laundering and ironing of clothes);
• Provides written and verbal feedback necessary to plan, develop, implement, and further the advancement of everyone;
• Works closely with designated individuals to guide and support him/her in accomplishing behavioral, personal, vocational, educational, and independent living goals;
• Use the company vehicle to transport individuals as needed;
• Helps prepare individuals for meals, scheduled groups and activities, counseling session, group dinners, outings etc. on a weekly basis.

This position requires:

• High school diploma
• Current certification in CPR/AED/First Aid
• Driver’s license
• Medication Administration
• Behavior Management Training
• Successful completion of a criminal history and registry search investigation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
