JOB TITLE: Service Coordinator, Electronic Accounts DEPARTMENT: Service REPORTS TO: Service Office Manager SUMMARY: The Service Coordinator, Electronic Accounts primary responsibilities are to assist the Service Office Manager with tasks, manage all scan accounts, manage and complete all service department credit and rebills, review all billing mistakes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Scan Account management o Update the scan account list as dictated by customers, CSRs, and the Accounting department to keep it current at all times. o Scan, save, and email out all scan account invoices as per the scan account list?s instructions. Notate date sent on bottom right hand corner of all invoices. o Input invoices into vendor websites as required and follow through to approval (e.g. Village/Inserra ShopRites, Nissan, Worldpac, Cardinal Health, etc.) o Obtain customer POs as necessary. Ensure blanket POs are updated each year. ? All service department credits and rebills QUALIFICATIONS: ? No prior experience or training is required but it is preferred. ? Computer skills required: Microsoft Excel; Adobe Acrobat Pro ? Other skills required: attention to detail, excellent reading comprehension, team player, organized, punctual COMPETENCIES: ? Analytical ? Attendance/Punctuality ? Dependability ? Initiative ? Interpersonal Skills ? Oral Communication PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: ? Occasionally required to walk ? While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate or loud ? Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: forklifts ? watch out for forklifts at all times and always give them the right of way.
