Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 4 pm - 12 am, Every other Sunday 9 am - 5 pm ( FULL TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive oral or written orders from Facility Manager
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, stairways, windows; washes windows, doors and sills; buffing and waxing floors; empties wastebaskets
• Make minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs
• Use hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs
• Perform touch up and finish painting
• Assemble furniture or equipment as needed
• Clear snow from entrances and walkways
• Pick up and deliver supplies and materials to rooms
• Open and close building according to security procedures
• Report work accomplished orally or on written work order to supervisor
• Participate in building coverage by working evenings and Sunday rotation as required
• Assist when needed in driving the company shuttle bus to transport employees to the company's parking lot.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow
• HS Diploma or GED
• Stay organized while maintaining a clean work environment
• Keep up with high volume work orders in a timely manner
