Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Accounts Receivable Staff member to join our Revenue Cycle Management team in a medical office setting. The primary focus of this role is to manage accounts receivable denials management

The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of medical billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile patient accounts within the 0-90 days aging category to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• relevant certifications or coursework in healthcare administration or medical billing
• BA in Health administration or similar field

• Proven experience in medical accounts receivable management, preferably within a healthcare or medical office environment.

• Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health record systems.

• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.

• Familiarity with insurance billing and reimbursement processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
