As the Maintenance Technician your overall responsibility will be to ensure that the apartment units remain in good working order. Depending on skill level, you may be the lead or assist in diagnosing & correcting maintenance issues and preparing apartment units for new tenants.

MAINTENANCE TECH QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in any of the following: Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Carpentry or HVAC
• Operate and own basic hand tools and power tools such as a drill, saw, circular saw, plumbing hand tools, screwdriver set.
• Must be able to perform in this role while twisting, turning, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and lifting objects weighing 50 lbs. or more regularly.
• Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
