We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong background in artificial intelligence to support multiple technical and business initiatives, and to be part of the success of our growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven skills and experience in working on complex programs, building relationships, and achieving measurable business outcomes.

This is a remote opportunity, the ideal candidate will be located somewhere in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with aiXplain AI research and development teams to understand technical nuances and translate them into compelling business value propositions
  • Oversee the ongoing projects with the technical/third party suppliers including resources management, invoices , and deliverables
  • Collaborate with industry partners, clients, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions, fostering strategic alliances and collaborations
  • Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive technical programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee the management of timelines, ensuring efficient use of technical assets and maximization of innovation potential
  • Implement robust processes and methodologies to monitor and enhance the performance of AI projects, ensuring adherence to best practices in AI ethics and data governance

Requirements

  • Minimum Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical and/or commercial field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with at least 1 year within the AI or tech industry
  • Solid understanding of AI, machine learning algorithms, data analytics, and their practical applications in driving business solutions, preferably with direct experience in NLP and Large Language Models
  • Experience in managing AI projects, including familiarity with AI development tools, platforms, and methodologies
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Strong team work capabilities
