HRAIT, an employment agency (https://hr.aitworks.com/) is looking for a candidate who seeks Japanese Accounts Receivable Clerk at Japanese Food Company in Elk Grove Village, IL.

*Company: Japanese Food Company

*Job Title: Japanese Accounts Receivable Clerk

*Job Type: Full-Time

*Office: Elk Grove Village, Illinois

*Salary: $18~$22/hour

*Benefits:

  • Weekends and holidays off, etc.

*Work Schedule:
Between 9am and 6pm, Monday - Friday 5 days / a week

*Job Duties:

  • Process refunds and returned checks
  • Work with customers to clear delinquent accounts
  • Compose e-mails and respond to customer requests for receipts
  • Process weekly statements and email statements upon customer request
  • Record cash, check, and credit card transactions and process customer payments
  • Manage data to ensure proper distribution of statements, including monitoring billed payments
  • Prepare bi-weekly statement reports for review
  • Other duties as required by manager
  • Work with customers and sales team to ensure future payments are collected and payment delinquencies are resolved - Maintain proper filing and record keeping procedures

*Requirements:

  • Basic level of English (required) and basic level of Japanese (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field preferred
  • 2 years of AR experience preferred
  • Basic math knowledge (markups, discounts, currency, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
