*Salary: $18~$22/hour

*Work Schedule:
Between 9am and 6pm, Monday - Friday 5 days / a week
*Job Duties:
- Process refunds and returned checks
- Work with customers to clear delinquent accounts
- Compose e-mails and respond to customer requests for receipts
- Process weekly statements and email statements upon customer request
- Record cash, check, and credit card transactions and process customer payments
- Manage data to ensure proper distribution of statements, including monitoring billed payments
- Prepare bi-weekly statement reports for review
- Other duties as required by manager
- Work with customers and sales team to ensure future payments are collected and payment delinquencies are resolved - Maintain proper filing and record keeping procedures
*Requirements:
- Basic level of English (required) and basic level of Japanese (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field preferred
- 2 years of AR experience preferred
- Basic math knowledge (markups, discounts, currency, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
