POSITION OVERVIEW
AITC seeks a Video Teleconference (VTC) Technician to operate, schedule, facilitate and maintain Unclassified and SECRET common-user VTC studios.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
*Provide on-site video-teleconference (VTC) support services.
*Provide support for the scheduling and related coordination of the rooms, and for the daily upkeep and maintenance of IT equipment.
*Provide support and troubleshooting during bridge or VTC calls.
*Support cybersecurity and security directives.
*Schedule bridges as needed.
*Install/configure software and firmware updates as necessary.
*Assist in performing yearly reviews of the accreditation, or whenever changes/additions are made to the system.
*Work with meeting coordinators to provide technical advice and troubleshoot the systems as needed.
*Additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
*4-6 years practical field experience performing aforementioned responsibilities/duties
*High School Diploma
*ITIL Foundations within 6 months.
*SECRET Clearance
*Must be a US citizen.
*Able to work Overtime as required.
*Must be available to travel as required.
*One of the following:

oCCNA-Security
oCND
oNetwork CE
oSSCP
PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
*Experience with IP-based DISN Video Services Global (DVSG)
*Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Experience trouble shooting systems.
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Ability to multi-task in a high-stress environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
*Predominantly indoors in normal office environment
*Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and reach
*Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
*May require frequent computer use for several hours at a time
*Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
*Must have visual acuity
*Must be able to lift up-to 10 pounds
