JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator
REPORTS TO: EVP, Sales and Client Experience
LOCATION: Irving, TX
The Sales Administrator will primarily be responsible for providing clerical and organizational support to our sales team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities and assist in achieving sales targets.
In this role, the Sales Administrator will be the point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
This position will follow a hybrid work structure and will allow the employee to work remotely or from the office, as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALARY RANGE:
The salary range for the role is $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification, and other job-related reasons.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, detailed correspondence, memos, and emails. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals quickly and correctly.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. Hearing and speaking to exchange information in person and on the phone. This position requires the ability to operate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment at efficient speed. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employees must occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
