Airtrim currently is seeking proven candidates for purchasing/ order entry.

Responsibilities include

• Solicit quotes from vendors in Shoptech E2 ERP System(will train)
• Issue purchase orders to selected vendors in Shoptech ERP E2 (will train)
• Monitor and follow up vendor orders to insure on time receipt
• Release job orders to manufacturing through E2 Shop Tech ERP System (will train)
• Cultivate additional vendors to achieve improved quality and lower costing objectives.
• Recommend continuous improvement for purchasing procedures.

We will train right person to perform all the above responsibilities involving Shoptech E2

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2-year minimum experience in purchasing/ order entry for manufacturing company
• Associate College degree preferred.
• Proven accuracy in your work experience
• Team player
• Hard working

Preferred Skills

• Past experience with Shoptech E2 ERP System or similar ERP system
• High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of experience in Shoptech E2 software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Multi-tasking ability
• Works well under pressure

Physical requirements

• Walking, talking, hearing
• Light to medium work
• The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
• Must pass physical and drug test
