Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Course Manager to join our team. As a Course Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, management experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling

- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and restocking merchandise

- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement

- Assist with payroll processing and employee orientation

- Loads trap machines with targets as needed and instructed.

- Performs light maintenance and cleaning of sporting clay machines and other ARSC equipment.

- Be able to set traps (We will assist with training)

- Assists in performing building and grounds maintenance.

- Provides coaching assistance and support to members as wanted and needed.

- Reports to assigned shift 30 minutes prior to the opening of the club for shooters.

-Attends and participates in training, educational and skill advancement sessions as required.

- Be able to operate tractor and mowers.

Requirements:

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- A strong knowledge, skillset, and attitude necessary for the ownership and use of firearms and firearm safety with the ability to teach and train others in proper safety and shooting techniques.

- Must have strong oral communication skills, and be customer focused to understand and appropriately respond to members' needs.

-Team player with demonstrated ability to work well with others, to keep other team members aware of club member needs and goals.

- Detail oriented with organizational skills.

- Good communicator with customers, staff, and owners.

- A motivated self-starter with strong time-management abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to problem solve/ Mechanical reasoning.

- Record of excellent attendance

- Candidate must be 18 years or older.

- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. safely.

- Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

- Must be willing to work outdoors year around.

- Highly self-motivated/able to work without direction.

- Naturally friendly and positive daily attitude with excellent communication skills
