Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst, you'll analyze diverse data, validate its accuracy, and create detailed product specifications for our website. You'll collaborate with teams to identify trends and ensure data integrity, managing pricing and inventory within Netsuite. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, Excel proficiency, and communication skills, with experience in data analytics preferred.

Duties

· As a Data Analyst, you’ll analyze data for various requests, which may come in different formats and from different platforms.

· Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.

· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Netsuite.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

· With the data team, create detailed product specifications based on vendor info for all products on our website. Some of these specs will be entered into Netsuite (ERP Software) & others into the website.

· Lookout for new product codes in Netsuite, gather the related data, and upload it into Netsuite or the website as required.

· Collaborate with the e-commerce manager to ensure accuracy in the specs, filters, and tags for new items uploaded to the website.

· Communicate with vendor representatives and manage pricing in ERP software for website listings.

· Work with an inventory team to make sure inventory loaded into Netsuite is accurate.

· This role is for someone who is proactive, enjoys solving problems, and is great at analyzing data.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college, plus one year of experience in a data analytics role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

· Experience with Netsuite, Tableau, or Power BI is a bonus.

· Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team within the scope of this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
