Airlume Stays is a luxury Short Term Stay Company in Scottsdale, AZ. We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring that the four properties are running smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining 5 star reviews.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel or other hospitality setting . The Schedule is flexible depending on the airbnb guest schedules. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who comes from a real estate/property management background, past airbnb/short term stay will be strongly considered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a hotel or other hospitality setting preferred.
• Real Estate License is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work well with others and interact effectively at a professional level.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Very organized and can multi-task
• Past airbnb property management preferred but not required.
• great attention to detail

Job Duties Include:

• Vendor Schedule/ Management: Pool team, Cleaners, Landscaping, Pest Control, Handyman teams
• Pre and Post guest home inspections to ensure quality control and document any damage or items missing
• Ensure all guest issues or questions are answered and be able to make routine visits for emergencies, noise complaints or troubleshooting
• Maintain positive working relationships with vendors and guests
• Assist in creating checklists for cleaners, calendars to schedule vendors
• creation of amenities
• provide inventory reports
• assist in ordering supplies and participate in cost management
• Follow up with guests and ensure guest satisfaction to maintain 5 star reviews

Compensation: Competitive Pay Bonus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
