```Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to children from infancy through adolescence. You will work closely with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our young patients.

```Duties```
- Conduct physical examinations and perform health assessments on pediatric patients
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and injuries
- Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Administer vaccinations and provide immunization counseling
- Provide guidance and support to parents on child development, nutrition, and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for children with complex medical needs
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

```Requirements```
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
- Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Proficiency in acute pain management, ophthalmology, working with people with developmental disabilities, and primary care
- Strong knowledge of pediatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment principles
- Experience with electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
