Spears Services has been servicing the refrigeration and air conditioning needs of the Tri-Cities area for over 25 years and is looking for energetic individuals. We have several openings we need to fill.
Specific Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair

• Commercial cooking equipment (Stoves, fryers, ovens, ice machines)
• Commercial refrigeration equipment (walk in coolers, freezers, rack house, etc.)
• Commercial and residential air conditioning

Job Requirements:

• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Complete daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required on paper and electronically
• Be on call, rotation with other techs
• Be able to work as a team
• Experience in HVAC & Refrigeration
• CFC Certification
• Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and personality
