**Job Title:** Residential Plumbing Service Manager

**Work Hours:** 7:00am to 5:00 pm, Monday though Friday, some weeknights and weekends

**Primary Job Function:** To plan, budget and manage the plumbing service operations of the company. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the service technicians and department. Other duties include customer relations, reviewing all billing and warranty claims, interaction with the other managers in respect to their warranty and installation needs. Responsible for making sure that all service techs are properly trained. The Plumbing Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the plumbing service department and to ensure its continued profitability and growth.

**Reports to:** General Manager

**Required Qualifications:**

5 years related experience and/or training in customer service, management in a plumbing service industry or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of industry

High school diploma or its equivalent

Valid driver's license

Computer skills

Ability to multi-task

Organized

Advanced customer service skills.

**Physical Demands** : Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
