Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled or beginner HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician or trainee, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial clients.

Responsibilities:
- Primarily residential HVAC repair and maintenance
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Perform tests to ensure proper functioning of HVAC equipment
- Collaborate with clients to determine their HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies

Requirements:

- Must be able to lift 80lbs
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC malfunctions
- Familiarity with electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Skills:
- Field service experience in the HVAC industry
- Experience with appliance repair or plumbing is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC/R principles and practices
- Proficient in air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed
- Welding skills for fabrication or repair work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 65 per week

Schedule:

• On call
