Our Customer Relations Representatives are important assets to our company. We offer many exciting benefits as well as employee lunches, company parties, and more.

This is a full-time, in-office, M-F position. Weekend shifts are required as needed on a rotational basis. We currently have openings on all shifts with shift differential pay offered for selected shift positions. Our Customer Relations Representatives receive paid time off and paid holidays as well as an additional paid day for their birthdays!

This position is a key member of our Customer Relations team. You will perform important duties to assist our customers and give them the best customer service experience possible.

As part of our customer relations team, you will:

  • Handle inbound/outbound phone calls/customer emails & chats
  • Handle customer follow-ups
  • Schedule Emergency, Service, & Maintenance appointments
  • Communicate with technicians as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer relations capacity.
  • 2 year of phone experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient with Google Drive.
  • Familiar with a database/CRM and willing to learn new programs.
  • Positive attitude and personable in high pressure situations.
  • Clear and professional phone voice.
  • Well organized.

Compensation:

Paid Time Off including Paid Holidays and Paid Birthday Day.

Salary competitive based on experience.

M-F Schedule. Weekends as needed, rotational basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
