Production/ Loading Dock

In search of a hardworking and detail-oriented team member with a strong mechanical background who takes great pride in their work and would be proud to put their name on every product that leaves our premises. We are in search of someone passionate about creating superior products with the help of our committed machine-building team in a cooperative atmosphere. It requires a collective effort to build our products. Hours of work are 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer competitive wages, benefits and overtime/bonus opportunities.

First shift full-time or part-time permanent positions available, base pay plus benefits including medical, life insurance, paid holidays, and vacation time.

$16 - $18 hourly

Job responsibilities include:

• Steel grinding with handheld angle grinder
• Spray painting with gravity-fed air sprayer
• Carpentry work in the shipping department
• Mechanic work turning wrenches, drilling, tapping, using manual and power hand tools
• Stocking parts, cleaning, organizing, hauling trash, and various other tasks

Opportunities for training in skilled trades for career advancement and higher wages:

• Learn industrial controls and hydraulics
• Learn metal fabrication
• Learn machining
• Learn welding

• Experience working with hand tools and power tools is a plus.

Other qualifications:

• Understanding basic arithmetic
• Reading a tape measure
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable
