Description

• Technician to resume expectations as outlined for 5th year technicians.
• Work in conjunction with FS to assist with problem solving, technical guidance and help younger technicians as needed. Meet techs onsite as needed in the absence of FS.
• Knows and understand job loads for NYL, NYU and NJ zones, so that he is aware of job prioritizing, planning, and allocation of manpower for the task at hand.
• Work in conjunction with ZM, SC, FS, SVP
• Assist FS and ZM in identifying technicians’ weaknesses, so that the proper training can be provided to the ones that need it.
• Communicate with FS on any field related deficiencies and/or issues that need improvement.
• Assist FS and ZM with any related site visits requiring Service Quotes, PM Surveys and Mechanical Surveys. Assistance will only be required when FS and SVP are preoccupied with other tasks and cannot immediately assist.
• Provide weekly updates on status of jobs that he was involved in and generate punch list to properly close out. To work in conjunction with FS on weekly basis
• Ensure that technicians are working safely and following ASAC and OSHA safety protocols
• Ensure technicians are aware of and have the appropriate tools, equipment, and truck stock necessary to accomplish their tasks
• Assess technician proficiency, the goal is to identify their strengths and weaknesses so as to bring their overall skillsets up to the highest level possible
• Collaborate with FS about daily and weekly workloads and manpower
