Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as a Solar Sales appointment setter. As a Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills to contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products and services

- Qualify leads and gather necessary information for the sales team

- Set appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential customers

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update customer information in Salesforce or other software systems

- Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals

- Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable for this role

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Negotiation skills to effectively close deals and overcome objections

- Prior experience in technical sales or a related field is an asset

Pay: $25,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
