Air I Am, Inc. has an exciting opportunity available for a Job Coordinator. The Job Coordinator will be the 1st line of communication to customers for Air I Am. Location: Remote

This position can work remotely.

Essential Job Functions

· Receive incoming calls from current Air I Am customers and covert into scheduled appointments

· Book existing Air I Am preventative maintenance appointments

· Qualify leads from prospective customers

· Manage appointment schedule for technicians to optimize technician performance

· Communicate effectively with the General Manager with any changes in appointment details

· Follow up with any customers as required

· Assist with local permitting documentation

Job Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of scheduling in a services capacity with preference given to HVAC or Plumbing industry

· Experience with Service Titan (Preferred)

· Ability to multi-task with strict attention to detail

· Experience with Microsoft Office Required

· High School Degree or Equivalent Required

Compensation will be commensurate with relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
