Air General is Hiring an Operations Manager (DEN) Near Denver, CO
Job Responsibilities include:
- Organize, coordinate, and control all cargo operations and customer service on behalf of the customer, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Implement procedures designed to meet all customer targets and service requirements.
- Ensure that handling services do not adversely affect the safe and punctual operation of the customers' international and domestic flight services.
- Hire and develop a highly motivated work force.
- Ensure all necessary training standards are achieved or exceeded.
- Oversee comprehensive training plans for all employees.
- Ensure all customer targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Ensure all safety standards are adhered to.
- Ensure all security procedures are complied with.
- Initiate directives and procedures, which will enhance service levels to the customer.
- Adhere to all FAA, TSA, Airport, and Air General safety and security procedures, and immediately rectify any discrepancies.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the customer or directed by the General Manager.
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years air cargo experience, preferably international
- Customer service experience
- Proven leadership skills
- PC proficiency (MS Office applications)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must pass security background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to obtain valid airport I.D. badge
- Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, etc.
