Qualifications/Requirements:

In this position, one would provide analysis and evaluation of contracting matters as well as interprets, initiates, develops, and recommend contracting policies, procedures, and guidance for a Systems Program Office, Center, MAJCOM or equivalent contracting organization and subordinate contracting activities. Reviews contracts and contract actions for organizations procuring a wide variety of highly specialized procurements of significant importance to the agency or multiple agencies.

Knowledge of the full range of FAR, Executive Orders, DOD, and agency policies, regulations, and procedures and a wide range of contracting methods applicable to develop and implement Government Purchase Card policies and procedures.
