Duties * Serve as the Operations and Plans Analyst directly responsible for day-to-day operations management of the Prevention Force Modernization Proponent (PFMP) and the synchronization of all activities on the operations calendar. * Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and significant actions to keep leaders informed of on-going missions and programs related to the prevention of harmful behaviors in the Army. * Serve as action officer for various special programs, tasks, and projects related to the prevention of harmful behaviors (for example: Sexual Assault, Harassment, Equal Opportunity, IPAG or Army Substance Abuse Program). * Serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for PFMP contracts providing oversight, workload management, and quality control. * Responsible for the operation, tracking and maintenance of formal actions and suspense tracking systems (such as ETMS, CATMS), processing of incoming communication and transmittal of messages. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must obtain and maintain Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) certification and is required to complete all associated training and or certifications. * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance throughout the duration of employment. * Business travel is up to 25% of the time. * One year probationary period may be required if not previously completed.
