Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction

Conduct listing presentation meetings to educate and close new customers on working with Houseworks Collective.
Identify homes to show prospective home buyer clients after conducting a thorough needs analysis and aligning on new home criteria; schedule home showings for home buyer clients
Serve as local real estate market expert - advise customers on local market dynamics & home prices.
Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Attend team meetings at our Milwaukee office to collaborate with your team
Qualifications:
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
Over 1 year of buyers agent or real estate experience preferred
Must have a valid U.S. drivers license and can travel by car
High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred

At least 2 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent in WI
Strong communication skills - both written and oral
A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage & prioritize your time as well as collaboratively with a team
Experience with CRM and industry-specific software
Strong knowledge and expertise in Real Property and relevant laws and regulations
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills, communication, and negotiations
