Our Professional Liability practice group is seeking an attorney to investigate, research and prepare reports and analysis on complex matters involving professional liability claims, including but not limited to claims against construction and design firms. We are looking for an attorney who is detail-oriented and enjoys analyzing the facts of each claim, the contracts at issue and the law. The billable hour requirement for this position is 1850 hours per year.

While we support flexible working arrangements, including remote work, we believe that in order to optimize the understanding of our practice, working as a team, and best servicing our clients, in-person interaction is important. At this time, unless otherwise agreed upon, all employees are required to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, or as otherwise needed, during regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Remote work on Fridays.

Salary:
The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $145K to $215K. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to experience level, education/training, relevant skills, and location of position. Associates also participate in a performance and hours-based bonus program.
