POSITION SUMMARY:

This individual is primarily responsible for the following duties: Maintaining status of work orders on the production floor for both the flavoring line and teardown. The Shop Floor Control Coordinator will also be Responsible for communicating, tracking and delivering shortages to the production floor and stake holders and will be responsible for investigating work order discrepancies. Ensure material returned from work orders is stocked and pronto transactions completed. Provide timely communication to all relevant departments.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for the movement of material from inventory to the production floor
• Assist purchasing with tracking of shortages, based on the production schedules, work orders on the production floor, from start to finish
• Ownership of shortages from beginning to end
• Tracking shortages and maintain shortage reporting
• Delivering shortages to the floor as soon as product arrives
• Responsible for creation & closing of production work orders
• Tracking all work order discrepancies and providing resolution
• Responsible to track and investigate all material being returned from work orders
• Follows established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, continuous quality improvement practices, safety policies, and promotes workplace safety and environmental practices
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and maintain department files of shipments in and out.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
• Maintains excellent attention to detail, meticulous record keeping and organizational skills.
• Maintain and track consignment inventory through MRP and complete pronto transactions.
• Provide backup work order support

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with production flows
• Experienced with work orders
• Experience with receiving.
• Experience with cycle counts.
• Independent self-starter with positive attitude
• Previous gaming experience
• Forklift experience
• Must be proficient in MS office - including email - excel

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma plus 3 to 5 years manufacturing environment.

• Must be proficient in MS office - including email - excel
• Must have excellent multi-tasking skills and experience in fast paced environment

Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License and have a good driving record and be able to lift 50 lbs.
