We are professional, agile and our goal is to Set you up to run machines and to be a long time employee with us and to have a long lasting career with us .Our work environment includes:Modern office settingFood providedResponsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operationsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operationsUse CAD software to program CNC machinesMonitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiencyPerform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioningInspect finished products for accuracy and qualityFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or similar roleProficiency in operating power tools, including lathes and electrical discharge machines (EDM)Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specificationsFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principlesBasic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensionsKnowledge of plastics injection molding is a plusAbility to use hand tools for assembly and finishing tasksWe offer competitive pay based on experience and skills, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
