We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in the St. Helens area. This position will include working directly with people who experience intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. DSPs provide person-centered support with daily living activities, promoting as much independence as possible at home and in the community. It’s not about doing things for people; it’s about helping them do things for themselves.

The individual needing support is looking for a soft-spoken, easygoing person to work with. The candidate must have current auto insurance and a good driving record. This is a part-time position with typical hours on Fridays and Saturdays with additional shifts possible.

Qualifications:

• Age 18
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Be able to read and write clearly
• Current valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in the DD field and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
