Accounts Receivable Analyst (Onsite) responsibilities include:
Business to Business Collections (B2B)
Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented individual to join our team in Atlanta, GA as an Accounts Receivable Analyst. The Accounts Receivable analyst will contact clients, provide
customer service and reconcile accounts. You will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments. The Accounts Receivable analyst should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently. This position requires strong Excel skills and you will be dealing with large spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will be engaging, motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, personable with a desire to learn and grow professionally.

Job Description:
Sending statements to clients and monitor incoming payments
Identifying and resolving invoicing errors
Reconcile accounts and maintain relationships with clients
Perform general administrative duties
Working with internal staff to research and resolve any issues
Requirements:
Attention to detail and ability to analyze data sets
Working knowledge of MS Office, Strong Excel skills
Comfortable working with targets
Patience and ability to manage stress
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
High school diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Hours of Operation:
Employees can work either 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
This is an onsite role in Sandy Springs, GA.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
